Jenny C.I’ve always been skeptical about personal training. I always thought personal training was for the lazy. I thought that as long as I knew what exercises I needed to do, I could learn to do them by myself. However, the personal trainer from Celebrity Physiques has changed my perspective. They know, and I mean really know how to perform each exercise. For example, planking is a pretty common exercise, it’s one of those that everybody knows what it looks like. However, it was through my personal trainer that I really understood what a plank really looks like and feels like. Little details and movements that made the plank that much more effective (and harder!). Little details that I would not have known to pay attention to by myself. My personal trainer was great in motivating me and pushing me to push myself, while also realizing that I have limits and respecting those limits. Alas, I saw results with my personal trainer a lot quicker than I’ve seen results working out by myself.
What I most appreciated from my nutritionist was that instead of just telling me what my diet should look like, he gave me little tips and little steps that improved my diet. Because who doesn’t know what a healthy diet looks like? 5 small meals a day, lots of protein, lots of good carbs, low in fat. However, telling me what a healthy diet looks like doesn’t help me in getting there. Breaking it down into little steps that I can accomplish at the moment DOES help me in getting there.
My makeup artist from Celebrity Physiques was great! With makeup, I’m always afraid that the makeup artist won’t know how to apply makeup on my facial features and that I’m better off applying my own makeup since I’m used to my own features. But no, my makeup artist from Celebrity Physiques took it to another level! She listened to what I wanted exactly, and then delivered. My worries were gone. I was definitely better off with her doing my makeup than me doing my own. She knows what looks good on me and uses that information to incorporate it to what I want. She’s very gentle with her makeup application, and also very patient. Getting your makeup done can be boring (you’re just sitting there while someone works on your face!), but my makeup artist has a great personality and she was able to make my hour feel much shorter.
I am very thankful to the Celebrity Physiques team. They are professionals that know what they’re doing. The thing about professionals though is that professionalism can be intimidating. That doesn’t stand true for the Celebrity Physiques team, they are approachable and always warm and receiving.

Carol Z.I am the spokesperson for Celebrity Physiques; the company has a great team of staffs such as great personal trainer, registered nutritionist, makeup artist, and others. Every individual on the team is very professional and friendly. I feel very comfortable working with them. I have been training with Celebrity Physiques trainer for quite awhile now; on average 3-4 times a week and each session is about 1 to 1.5 hours. After training with their trainer, I have not only lost weight but also started to become healthier especially my dieting habits. I believe one of the most important criteria when training with a personal trainer is to feel comfortable training with him as well as you are being pushed hard but not over what you can take, and I think Celebrity Physiques has definitely demonstrated this criteria to me. Eunice T.I am so pleased to have gotten my makeup done by Celebrity Physiques when I was a bridesmaid and also for my birthday party.
I am not really a make-up person so was apprehensive about the process. At the trial prior to the wedding, she immediately put me at ease. Her friendly manner made it so easy to talk to her about what I wanted and she listened and was able to offer me expert advice and provide me with the look that I wanted. Due to all the stress that I was experiencing prior to the wedding, my skin was breaking out. She gave me advice on what skin products I could get to improve the condition of my skin by using the most natural and inexpensive products.
On the day of the wedding I was running on a tight schedule and I was really anxious but my makeup artist arrived on time and she was so relaxed and immediately made me feel the same. In the process of getting my makeup done, she made sure I was comfortable and that she wasn’t hurting me. I almost wished it lasted longer since the brushes she used are really soft and I was drifting off to sleep.
I can honestly say that I have never seen myself made up like this before but looking so natural and I was amazed that it lasted the entire day. I was so pleased. I had such a great night that I didn’t remove my makeup until the next morning and my skin didn’t break out at all! Her amazing makeup application made my pictures look flawless. Since I was so happy with her work, I also got her to do my makeup for my birthday party.
My makeup artist really is an amazing person and I thank her from the bottom of my heart for making me feel so beautiful. I appreciate her detailed skincare advices and her passion towards her work. I will definitely be recommending Celebrity Physiques to all my friends.

While she is working she is very careful at all the details, and also she is very patient, so that if I tell her that I have to blink, she would stop applying the makeup until I feel better.
