What is your cancellation policy?
At Celebrity Physiques, we value your time and ours. To be fair and provide the best experience for all clients, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows:
• Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged the full service amount.
• No-show appointments will also be charged in full.
To ensure the highest quality of service, we kindly ask that you arrive on time or 5 minutes earlier for your appointment. If you arrive 30 minutes or more past your scheduled time, we will need to cancel the appointment, and the full service fee will be charged. This is because there will not be enough time to complete your service properly.

In there a shower available?
Yes! You are welcome to use our private spa shower after your workout, please notify us before booking your next exercise session to block off an extra 15 minutes for your session that day. We provide face and body towels and personal care items such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, facial oil samples, hair ties and hair dryer.
Do you offer group training?
No, we do not offer group personal training sessions. Our focus is on helping you achieve your individual fitness goals through dedicated 1-on-1 training in a private, luxurious setting. We believe this personalized approach delivers the best results and the highest return on your investment.
Do you accept insurance coverage?
Yes, we accept insurance coverage for all of our massages performed by our Registered Massage Therapist (RMT).
What skincare products do you use in your treatments?
We use only clean, green and organic Canadian skincare products wherever possible. Products are also available for purchase. All purchases are final sale.
Do you offer mobile services?
Yes, we offer mobile services for all of the following treatments. Travel fees ranging from $25 to $55 apply, depending on your location.
